According to the ministry's press service, this document initiates the implementation of the Program for Supporting the Creation and Expansion of Private Preschool Educational Organizations.
The main goals of the program are as follows:
- reducing the shortage of places in preschool institutions;
- equalizing access to education between urban and rural areas;
- providing children with quality preschool services.
As part of the memorandum, it is planned to create and expand private preschool educational organizations (PPEOs) in 40 rural districts, which will allow at least 500 children to be covered, with an emphasis on supporting women entrepreneurs in the field of preschool education.
In addition, the construction of at least 10 municipal kindergartens will be planned, which will meet the energy certificate class "B" and use climate technologies to ensure a safe and quality educational process.
