This competition is being held at an international level for the first time, and the acceptance of works for participation has already begun.
The purpose of this competition is to enhance the cultural and moral level of law enforcement personnel, as well as to foster patriotism and dedication to duty. An important aspect is to reveal the specifics and challenges of service, as well as to demonstrate examples of selflessness and professionalism, as stated in the message.
Representatives of the media, writers, creative individuals, law enforcement officers, and their colleagues from other countries are invited to participate.
The competition accepts previously unpublished detective works of major prose (novels, novellas, short stories), which must be written in the state or Russian languages and based on real events related to the feats of law enforcement officers.
Works will be accepted until April 1, 2026.
Authors must provide information about themselves, including last name, first name, patronymic, age, profession, address, and contact phone numbers.
Works will be evaluated based on various criteria, such as relevance to the competition theme, level of artistic execution, completeness of plot development, professional skill, accuracy of events, and the portrayal of a police officer's image.
