According to the Secretary, following the incident involving a driver from Kyrgyzstan, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) took a number of actions:
- The operations of AJ Partners, the employer of the driver, have been suspended;
- The operations of two affiliated companies, Tutash Express and Sam Express, have also been suspended;
- The certificate of the driving school Aydana, which issued the commercial driver's license (CDL) to the driver, has been revoked.
Sean Duffy noted that investigations are ongoing, and federal authorities intend to hold accountable all those involved in the violations.
According to available information, the companies Tutash Express and Sam Express Inc. are managed by individuals from Kyrgyzstan.

Currently, federal investigators are also examining other freight transportation companies associated with citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
It should be reminded that on February 3, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Bekzhan Beyshkeyev, was arrested in Indiana, who is accused of being involved in the traffic accident that resulted in the deaths of four people. According to the police, his truck crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a van.
