During a phone conversation with B.B., the diplomats provided him with detailed consultations on consular and legal matters. They offered recommendations on actions in accordance with U.S. law.
At this time, the ministry is working on clarifying B.B.'s whereabouts. After obtaining the necessary information, the staff of the General Consulate plans to hold a personal meeting with him.
