A resident of the city, T.O., contacted law enforcement, reporting that she had fallen victim to a fraudster named Z.K. At the "Orto-Sai" market, Z.K. gained T.O.'s trust and, pretending that she could bring sports goods from Turkey, deceitfully took 1 million 200 thousand soms from her, after which she fled the scene.
In connection with these circumstances, the Investigative Service of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case on the grounds of fraud, as provided for in Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational search activities, the operatives of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs established the whereabouts of Z.K., born in 1993, and detained her. She was taken to the Investigative Service, where, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
