A tournament "I am a champion" was held at the ski sports base in Karakol, featuring young athletes born between 2008 and 2015. A total of 110 participants from six teams representing the Naryn, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, as well as the Toguz-Toro and Chatkal districts, took part in the competition.
The athletes competed in various age categories, showcasing their skills, speed, and teamwork. The main goal of the tournament was to attract youth to skiing and identify promising athletes.
Results of the competition
1st place: "Karakol No. 1" (Karakol Sports School) - 220,000 soms.
2nd place: Naryn (Ala-Too Sports School) - 170,000 soms.
3rd place: Issyk-Ata Sports School - 110,000 soms.
4th place: Karakol Sports School - 50,000 soms.
5th place: Toguz-Toro - 50,000 soms.
The total prize fund of the tournament amounted to 600,000 soms. These competitions contributed to the development of sports spirit, experience exchange between regions, and the popularization of skiing in Kyrgyzstan.
