As clarified by the department, the mayor expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the contracting organization, which made changes to the project twice without the necessary approvals, causing discontent among local residents.
“Junushaliev emphasized that such actions are unacceptable. Each project must go through the established approval process, and only after that can work begin. It is important to adhere to the principles of fairness and to carry out all work within the framework of the law,” the press release states.
As a result, the mayor proposed a solution that takes into account the interests of all parties, including the State Enterprise "Unaa" and the residents of the capital. The contracting organization was instructed to develop an updated project for the road construction as soon as possible.
