The investigation revealed that K. Zh. approached the prosecutor's office of the Lenin district with a statement. He reported that in October 2024, a certain A., a person he barely knew, promised to deliver a KERNAN electric vehicle and received $25,000 from him for it. However, the promised vehicle was not delivered on time, and the fraudster disappeared.
As a result of operational search activities, 39-year-old B. A. was detained. He has been taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
