The city court explained the reasons for this decision
The Bishkek City Court announced the return of the case of Imamidin Tashov, the founder of the construction company KG Group, to the first instance. This decision was made for the proper documentation of the case.
The court clarified that the materials lack the appeal and the application for the restoration of the missed deadline, which were submitted on December 30, 2025, to the office of the Pervomaisky District Court but were not attached to the case.
Recall that Imamidin Tashov was detained in April 2024. He is accused of attempting to seize power by force.
In July 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court found him guilty and sentenced him to nine years in prison.
