It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of Gulsara Khabirovna Rysalieva, one of the most respected veterans of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. This information has been confirmed by her relatives, who noted that she fought a long battle with illness.
Gulsara Rysalieva began her career in public service in 1961, when, after graduating from Kyrgyz State University, she joined the apparatus of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, where she remained for thirty years.
In 1991, she was awarded a personal pension at the republican level.
Unfortunately, in recent years, Gulsara Khabirovna's health significantly deteriorated, and she underwent several surgeries, after which, ultimately, she could not overcome her illness.
