
With the arrival of the first week of spring (from March 2 to March 8), fans of series will be able to enjoy a multitude of interesting premieres. This month, the iconic "Outlander" returns, and viewers will also see a bold interpretation of the early years of Sherlock Holmes by Guy Ritchie and an exciting dive into the world of dinosaurs under the direction of Steven Spielberg.
"Young Sherlock," detective, premiere (March 4)
The plot unfolds in an era when Sherlock Holmes has not yet become a famous detective. At the age of 19, he finds himself involved in a mysterious murder in Oxford. To uncover the truth and avoid a prison sentence, Holmes decides to conduct his own investigation, which will open his eyes to a conspiracy of global proportions that will affect his entire future life.
"Outlander," fantasy, eighth season (March 6)
The series is based on the novels by Diana Gabaldon and tells the story of military nurse Claire Randall, who travels from 1945 to 1743. In Scotland, she witnesses conflicts between the Scots and the English, as well as faces the difficulties of being separated from her husband. Every day, Claire is reminded that she is an outsider in this time, but the young Scot Jamie may become her only ally in her quest to return home.
"On Ice," drama, premiere (March 6)
Ksenia (Angelina Pakhomova), who was once a famous figure skater, returns to her hometown to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of her skating partner Alexey (Anton Rogachev) ten years ago. She takes a job as a coach at a local sports school and realizes that intrigue and backroom games still reign in this world. Against the backdrop of old problems faced by the children who are engaged in figure skating, Ksenia understands that history may repeat itself, and that the head coach Alevtina (Victoria Tolstoganova) holds a secret about Alexey's death.
"Vladimir," dramedy, premiere (March 6)
The plot centers around a female teacher who teaches English literature in New York and is in love with her colleague, a young professor named Vladimir, who has a wife and a small daughter.
"Rooster," comedy, premiere (March 8)
Greg Russo, a writer, arrives at Ladlow College to mend his relationship with his daughter Katie, who is a professor, and to help her cope with her divorce from her husband, who left her for a graduate student. During seminars about his works, Greg discovers that his literary character, Ruster, is gaining popularity and begins to behave like him, immersing himself in the atmosphere of youth and fun.
"Roll it!", comedy, premiere (March 2)
Timofey Nazarov, the head of a prison, dreams of a career in Moscow. His life takes a turn when a famous director, Matvey Selyuzhitsky, nicknamed "Motor," is sent to the prison. Under Nazarov's guidance, he must create remakes of famous Hollywood films, which becomes a true test.
"The Third Wheel," comedy, second season (March 4)
The series, based on the feature film "The Third Wheel," is set in Boston in 1993. The teddy bear Ted, who has lost popularity among children, continues to live with sixteen-year-old John Bennett. Ted's character is quite provocative, and he teaches John bad manners, but the Bennetts still love him for the fun he brings.
"Dinosaurs," documentary, premiere (March 4)
This documentary series is dedicated to the 165 million years of existence of dinosaurs, covering their evolution from the first representatives to the last, as well as the factors that contributed to their development.
