According to the deputy, a family approached her with a problem. "Five people were unable to fly for Umrah due to an unpaid fine of 1,000 soms. They checked in, but the border guards did not allow them to board. When checked in the 'Tunduk' system, there were no fines recorded, but the border service had different information. Why are these two systems not synchronized? It is not their fault that the data differs. Yes, there are terminals for payment at the airport, but information about the fine payment only comes through after three hours. People prepare for pilgrimage for years, spend significant amounts of money, and all of this collapses due to discrepancies in the operation of two systems. It is necessary to merge the 'Tunduk' system and the border service to ensure constant data exchange. Let the border service then compensate the citizens," the deputy expressed her dissatisfaction.

In response, the first deputy head of the border service, Marat Maralbaev, stated that the service has its own system.

“We work with both systems. We have our own system - SVN, connected to all government institutions and judicial departments. All information, including data on fines, is available in the system. Overlaps occur, however, we try to resolve such situations promptly when there is confirmation from other authorities,” he explained.

To this, the deputy reacted: “You speak so casually about overlaps, but because of this, an entire family could not fly for Umrah. This is a serious problem.”

Maralbaev added: “We also have a system that allows citizens to check their fines independently.”

The deputy asked for clarification on how this system works. According to Maralbaev, it involves a QR code placed on stands at checkpoints.

Sadyrova expressed doubt: “But that will be too late. Even if the fine is paid, you will have to wait three hours, and the plane won’t wait.”

“No, it won’t,” Maralbaev agreed.

The deputy concluded: “It seems that the 'Tunduk' system operates separately, and your SVN system operates separately. Information entering one system should also be reflected in the other,” she summarized.

Elvira Surabaldiyeva supported her colleague's opinion and called for a resolution to this problem from the responsible authorities.
