The project includes a five-story structure, including a basement floor.
Inside the building, there will be classrooms, an astronomical observatory, a museum, a conference hall, as well as dance and assembly halls, a library, and other spaces that promote the creative and technical development of children.
Plans for the area around the building include the creation of a sports ground, a covered canopy for events, areas for launching model cars, a karting track, and other zones intended for practical activities.
