Deadly car accident in the USA: the survivor's lawyers withdrew the lawsuit against the Kyrgyzstani

The reasons for the withdrawal of the lawsuit remain unknown.

The lawyers of the person who survived the tragic accident in the USA, which involved a truck driven by a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, decided to withdraw the lawsuit against the driver and several companies. This information has appeared in public sources.

Recall that as a result of the accident, Donald Stiff sustained serious injuries, and four people, who were Amish and worked for him, died.

The defendants in this case include:

• Bekzhan Beishkeyev (driver)

• AJ Partners LLC

• KG Line Group Incorporated

• Tutash Express Inc.

The lawsuit alleged that the driver acted negligently by not maintaining a safe speed, failing to control the situation on the road, and violating traffic rules.

It was also stated that the companies were aware or should have known that Beishkeyev did not possess a valid commercial driver's license.

However, the process existed for only one week. Although subpoenas were printed, the plaintiff withdrew his lawsuit before they were served.

The court accepted the withdrawal “without prejudice,” which opens the possibility for a re-filing of the lawsuit in the future. The reasons for this decision were not disclosed.

Possible reasons may include pre-trial agreements or tactical considerations by the lawyers.

The accident occurred on February 3 around 4:00 PM on State Route 67. According to law enforcement, the truck driver allegedly failed to brake in time before the vehicle ahead, crossed into the oncoming lane, and collided with a minibus carrying up to 15 people. As a result, four people died.
