The competition aims to support women living in new residential areas of Bishkek and Osh, as well as to expand their economic opportunities through the implementation of entrepreneurial ideas.
Among the winning projects, various areas in the service and production sectors are represented:
- Beauty salons.
- Children's educational centers.
- Culinary and pastry workshops.
- Sewing workshops.
- Recreation and household service centers.
- Fitness centers.
- Design studios.
The "Araket" project is funded by the Swiss government and implemented in Kyrgyzstan by the consulting group GFA in collaboration with local partners in 11 new residential areas of Bishkek and Osh.
