The bailiffs from the Sverdlovsk district have completed the process of collecting alimony since August 2022.
The Bailiff Service (PSSI) of the Sverdlovsk district shared the results of the successful completion of one of the largest alimony collection cases. From the debtor I.A.B., a total of 15 million 843 thousand 380 soms was collected in favor of his child, the claimant I.A.A.
Payments were made through deductions from the debtor's salary since mid-2022 and continue to this day. The entire amount has already been transferred to the claimant's account.
The agency emphasized that such measures are aimed at protecting children's rights and highlight the principle of inevitability of punishment for those who evade their obligations.
