“Nurlan Saburov, where are you, dear? We haven't heard anything about you in Russia!”
Anuarbek Bekembetov, better known in sports circles as Motivator, expressed his readiness to hold a boxing match with comedian Nurlan Saburov. This was reported by Tengri Sport, referencing posts on social media.
The challenge was announced in a video posted by Motivator on Instagram.
“Nurlan Saburov, where are you, dear? We haven't heard anything about you in Russia! You're not visible in boxing, but it seems there are some news. I'm ready for the fight,” the fighter noted.
As of now, Saburov has not responded to this challenge.
It is worth noting that 38-year-old mixed martial arts fighter Anuarbek "Motivator" Bekembetov is known not only for his performances in Hardcore FC but also for his extravagant antics, which often become a topic of discussion.
One striking example of his questionable reputation was the confrontation with fighter from Kyrgyzstan Marsel Nurlanbekov, which took place in an Almaty hotel in 2024. As a result of the brawl, both athletes were disqualified.
Additionally, at the end of 2025, Motivator was arrested for 15 days for posting an aggressive video. His claim that the recording was staged and created to attract attention did not convince the court.
