The warehouse was constructed on municipal land as part of the CASA-1000 project aimed at supporting local communities, with funding amounting to 6 million 644 thousand 663 soms, in addition to 104 thousand soms allocated from the local budget. The capacity of the new facility is 200 tons.

The construction work began on April 26, 2024, and all work has now been completed, with the facility ready for operation.
According to the ministry's information, the warehouse will be used for storing various agricultural products, including vegetables such as onions, carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers, as well as fruits, including apples and persimmons.
