The Ministry of Construction fined "Amanat City" after a concrete pump fell at a construction site in Bishkek

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan has responded to the incident involving the collapse of a concrete pump at a construction site in Bishkek. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.

According to the information, the incident occurred at the site where a 14-story residential building is being constructed at: Matrosova St., 10. Previously, a video from the scene began circulating on social media.

As noted by the Ministry of Construction, preliminary conclusions indicate that safety and labor protection regulations were not followed during the construction work, which led to the failure of one of the concrete pump's supports.

As a result of the concrete pump's collapse, fences were damaged and electrical wires were severed in the adjacent area.

Ministry inspectors promptly arrived at the scene of the incident. Currently, work is underway to eliminate the consequences and restore the damaged facilities.

Based on the inspection conducted, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on the company OsOO "Amanat City," which is carrying out the construction. The company was also issued a directive to restore the damaged electrical wires, and work on this is currently ongoing.
