The ministry reports that violations were recorded at addresses such as Sevastopolskaya St., 8; Slavyanskaya St., 6/1; and Furmanova St., 13, where a 14-story residential complex is currently being built. At these sites, construction norms and safety requirements were not followed, and serious violations of standards during construction and installation work were identified.
In addition, the contractor organized office premises and citizen reception at the construction sites. Given that these facilities fall into the category with a high level of industrial risk, such actions were deemed a violation of the law.
As a result of the inspection, a decision was made to impose an administrative fine on the company. The commission, which met on January 23, 2026, considered the issue of suspending the license and decided to temporarily suspend the activities of "Zam Zam Building" for 90 days.
