During the inspection, violations were found at several construction sites located at: 2 Ankara Street; 3/6 Ankara Street; 3a Ankara Street, where a residential complex consisting of more than ten blocks is being built.
The Ministry of Construction noted that serious violations of construction legislation and safety standards were recorded at the specified sites. Additionally, it was revealed that the company used private laboratories to check the stages of construction. Furthermore, some blocks of the complex were illegally transferred to shared owners, according to information from the Ministry of Construction.
Based on the results of the inspection, a fine of 3 million soms was imposed on "Aalam Stroy." On January 20, this issue was discussed at a commission meeting, which decided to suspend the license for 90 days.
