Soviet architects live and work in the first socialist state on the planet, whose powerful transformative force is directed at restructuring the old world, creating a new type of culture, and ensuring an unprecedented level of prosperity for the people. Our country has achieved such economic strength that it is capable of setting and successfully solving grand tasks of comprehensive socio-economic development of the largest regions, launching the construction of energy giants and territorial-industrial complexes, while simultaneously expanding programs aimed at improving the lives of the Soviet people, as defined by the decisions of the XXVII Congress of the CPSU. In all these endeavors, the Union of Architects, representing the professional architecture of the country, has always been and remains a faithful assistant to the party.
The architects of the Soviet Union are directly involved in improving the living conditions of people, creating new cities, transforming rural areas, and preserving monuments of antiquity.
Architecture is the art of creating a human habitat according to the laws of beauty, a special kind of creativity that results in works embodying the unity of the material and spiritual culture of society; works that can simultaneously satisfy the everyday utilitarian needs of people and express high social ideas in artistic images. Reflecting the ideology of society, architecture plays a huge role in its life as a powerful ideological and educational force capable of evoking feelings of patriotism and civic duty in people.
Since ancient times, architecture has been an essential part of universal human culture. Possessing its own language system, architecture fixes in material structures the representations of contemporaries about human behavior and activity in a specific historical situation.

Therefore, each architectural work, like all architecture as a whole, is a source of extensive and multifaceted information. Along with purely practical information about the life activities of society, architecture also carries emotional-aesthetic and ideological-artistic values, directly impacting individuals and shaping their personalities.
Soviet art, traditionally developing as a multinational art, helps unite people speaking different languages, forming and developing each national culture based on a unified socialist culture, enriching national cultures with universal human values.
For seven decades, the culture of Soviet Kyrgyzstan has successfully and harmoniously developed in a spirit of brotherhood and friendship. In this dynamic movement towards progress, there is a share of the labor of the republic's architects. The development of architecture in Kyrgyzstan is inextricably linked to the formation of the entire architecture of our country.
The enormous creative possibilities opened up for the Kyrgyz people by the Great October Revolution have manifested particularly vividly in architecture. The republic, where before the revolution a significant part of the population led a nomadic or semi-nomadic lifestyle, where there were not even a dozen cities, now stands at the forefront of achievements in architecture.
