In the Nooken district, the procedure for recovering alimony arrears amounting to 588 thousand soms has been successfully completed. The corresponding statement was made by the Bailiff Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has been reported that enforcement measures were initiated against citizen E.T.P., who had long evaded compliance with the court order to pay alimony.
Due to the debtor's disregard for the court decision, a criminal case was initiated against him under Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Thanks to the actions taken, it was possible to fully settle the alimony debt, and the amount of 588 thousand soms was transferred to the claimant.
