In his career, Asanaliev has held various leadership positions in the fields of media, public administration, education, and culture. In recent years, he worked at the Bishkek Humanities University and headed the city museum dedicated to Alykul Osmonov, which is part of the Directorate of United Museums of Bishkek.
Asanaliev has been awarded several honors for his achievements in the field of culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the badge of "Excellence in Culture."
The State Memorial Complex named after Alykul Osmonov is located in the village of Kaptal-Aryk in the Panfilov district of the Chui region, on the poet's homeland. The complex includes a museum that highlights the life and work of Osmonov, a monument to him, and a memorial area. This site is also included in the republican register of historical and cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan.
