
Orozo Ait is declared a non-working day
The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration has announced upcoming long weekends for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the Labor Code, Orozo Ait, which falls on March 20, is considered a non-working day. On this day, the working hours are reduced by one hour before the holiday, allowing Kyrgyz citizens to rest.
Although Nowruz falls on a Saturday, the transfer of the day off is not provided for under the new holiday schedule.
