The official urged the deputies of the Bishkek City Council not to defend the interests of individuals
At a meeting of the Bishkek City Council, issues related to the development of infrastructure in the Alamedin-1 area were discussed.
One of the topics discussed was the demolition of parking lots No. 3 and No. 5, which has forced drivers to leave their cars in unauthorized places — in green zones and in the yards of residential buildings.
In response, representatives of the city administration noted that new infrastructure is actively being built in the area.
Vice Mayor Ramiz Aliyev emphasized that "Alamedin-1 has unfortunately become a forgotten place in recent years. But now the city administration has finally paid attention to its residents — a bridge has been built, and there are plans for a beautiful square and even a park."
He also added that a multi-level parking facility is planned to be built next to the square, which will be accessible to all drivers, not just a select few. The official urged the deputies to refrain from lobbying for the interests of individuals.
