The reason for the price increase is the transition of the state institution "Kyzmat" to self-financing. According to the new rates, the following changes are observed:

- in case of loss or damage — from 1,605 to 2,068 soms;
- for changes in name or address — from 1,465 to 1,928 soms;
- for change of nationality — from 1,465 to 1,928 soms.
Foreign passport:

It should be noted that the update of tariffs is related to the necessity for the institution "Kyzmat" to cover its expenses through its own income in the context of self-financing.
