During the meeting, the prospects for bilateral cooperation in various areas were discussed, including education, sports, urban infrastructure improvement, and expanding investment opportunities.
The Mayor expressed interest in collaborating with the British agency UK Export Finance and proposed to implement a project for the construction of a modern ring road around Osh with the agency's financial support.
It should be noted that this project aims to organize traffic flows in the city, reduce congestion, and move transit traffic outside the populated area, which in turn will enhance road safety.
The parties also expressed a desire to continue developing mutually beneficial relations between Osh and the United Kingdom, as well as to discuss opportunities for implementing joint projects in the economic, investment, and infrastructure sectors in the future.
