According to the committee, he passed away on March 12. The leadership and the Veterans Council, as well as the entire staff of the GKNB, expressed their deep condolences to his family and loved ones.
Alexey Subachev was born in 1959 and received his education at the Bishkek Polytechnic Institute, where he studied energy. His career in national security began in December 1992. For nearly ten years, from 1992 to 2002, he served in the structures of the Ministry of National Security, the National Security Service, and the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic, holding leadership positions since September 1999. His last position was as the head of the pre-trial detention center of the National Security Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

For his service, Alexey Leonidovich was awarded the badge "Millet." Colleagues noted his responsibility, technical skills, and strong sense of duty.
“He raised an entire generation of security officers, teaching them honesty, fairness, respect for the traditions of security agencies, and love for the Motherland. Alexey Leonidovich will be remembered as a kind, responsive person, a reliable comrade, and a faithful friend,” the GKNB's statement said.
