Nurdin Oruntaev familiarized himself with the progress of the construction of a new school in Bishkek

Nurdan Oruntaev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, along with heads of relevant departments, visited the construction site where 20 new educational institutions are being built in Bishkek.

According to the ministry's press service, this project is under the direct control of the minister.



One of the facilities is a new school for 750 students, located in the southern part of the capital on Tokombaev Street, 15/8a. According to the project, the building will be three stories high and will provide modern conditions for students and teachers for studying and working. Currently, earthworks are actively underway at the construction site. Oruntaev emphasized the importance of the quality of construction work and gave a number of instructions to expedite the process. He also noted the importance of timely commissioning of the new educational institutions," the press release states.

It is worth noting that at the initiative of President Sadyr Japarov, the construction of 20 new schools in Bishkek is planned by 2026. Funding is provided from the republican budget.
