
The Ministry of Emergency Situations published a statement denying its involvement with the helicopter that flew at a low altitude over Kara-Balta, according to local residents.
The agency noted that some news sources had reported speculations about the possible ownership of the helicopter by the Ministry. However, the ministry emphasized that these speculations are not true.
According to the accounts of city residents, the helicopter flew at the level of approximately the fifth floor.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that while the agency conducts flights as part of commercial services, this specific case has no relation to their activities.
