According to him, in the coming months, by the end of the year, more than 20 thousand apartments will be issued, distributed as follows:
- 7 thousand in Bishkek;
- 7.5 thousand in the Chui region;
- 2.2 thousand in the Issyk-Kul region;
- 1.8 thousand in the Osh region;
- 1.4 thousand in the Batken region;
- 433 apartments in the Naryn region;
- 319 in the Talas region.
The deputy head of the company emphasized that the apartments will be distributed proportionally among various categories of citizens.As of today, more than 90 thousand people are in line for housing:
- 47 thousand – participants of the preferential mortgage (for budget employees, with no down payment, for a term of 25 years at 4%);
- 8430 – social mortgage (for large families, people with disabilities, young specialists, and single mothers, also with no down payment for 25 years at 4%);
- 22,551 citizens – affordable mortgage (with a down payment starting from 10%, for a term of 25 years at 8%);
- 11,974 participants – shared construction (with a down payment of at least 50% of the housing cost, for a term of 15 years at 8%).
He also added that to get in line, one can use the "Tunduk" application.
