In Osh, at the request of the president, Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev arrived to conduct his own inspection.
Akaev noted: "At this point, it is premature to talk about the exact amount of debts, as the audit has just begun. We expect a full review. But it is important to understand that the current debt does not include compensation for the demolition of buildings. More than 90% of the debts remain unresolved, while only 10% have received approval."
Additionally, he emphasized that all facilities that are in the completion stage will be finished.
It was previously reported that the city hall has debts to contractors amounting to 12 billion soms. Zhenishbek Toktorbaev confirmed the existence of debts but noted that their amount is significantly lower.
According to preliminary information, the construction of 34 facilities was carried out without the necessary permits.
