Some agencies operated without licenses
In Bishkek, employees of the Main Internal Affairs Department, who deal with issues of countering extremism and illegal migration, conducted inspections of private employment agencies. This was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
During raids aimed at combating illegal activities in the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, the service workers, together with the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad of the Ministry of Labor, identified a number of violations in the activities of these agencies.
It turned out that some organizations were sending citizens outside the country without having the necessary licenses. As a result of these violations, the activities of five agencies were temporarily suspended, and each was fined 55,000 soms, totaling 275,000 soms.
To protect citizens' rights and prevent cases of fraud, it is recommended to contact only officially registered and licensed organizations. The presence of licenses for agencies can be checked on the website: migrant.kg.
