The meeting focused on ensuring national security
President Sadyr Japarov held a working meeting with members of the Security Council, as reported by the president's press service.
During the discussion, issues related to the national security of Kyrgyzstan were addressed, including aspects of food and energy security, especially in light of current events in the Middle East.
Members of the Council also proposed recommendations regarding the list of strategically important facilities in the country.
As a result of the meeting, instructions were given to heads of state institutions, Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President in the regions, as well as to the mayors of Bishkek and Osh.
