The Eid prayer took place in Bishkek: more than 30,000 believers gathered at the Old Square
Today, Muslims around the world celebrate Orozo Ait, a holiday symbolizing the end of the holy month of Ramadan. From early morning, believers began gathering at the Old Square, coming with their families and prayer mats, filling the space around them.

By the time the Eid prayer began, the square was nearly overflowing. According to observers, more than 30,000 people attended the prayer, forming rows that occupied not only the central part of the square but also the surrounding streets. The atmosphere was calm, without any rush.

President Sadyr Japarov also participated in the event, joining the festive prayer.

With the first words of the prayer, silence descended over the square. Even among the large crowd, participants maintained order, observing distance and taking turns.

Throughout the event, public order was maintained by police officers and medical personnel who were on duty at the site. Despite the large number of attendees, no incidents occurred.

After the Eid prayer concluded, the atmosphere in the square became lively: people exchanged greetings for Orozo Ait and gradually dispersed to their homes.

The Eid prayer in Bishkek remains one of the most significant and mass religious traditions, gathering thousands of believers.
