Dastan Bekeshev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, recently held a meeting with residents of Skryabin Street, located in the October district. Information about this was published on his social media.
At the meeting, the issue raised at the Bishkek city hall was discussed: the street expansion is planned, which will inevitably lead to the cutting down of green spaces.
Local residents expressed their categorical opposition to such intentions, emphasizing that they do not agree with the destruction of trees and green areas for the sake of road expansion. They proposed an alternative option – to improve the northern part of Skryabin Street from Yunusaliev Street to Zhukeev-Pudovkin.

“I intend to request information on the feasibility of the road expansion,” noted the deputy.
