The width of the bridge has increased almost fourfold
The reconstruction of the bridge on Jibek Jolu Avenue in Bishkek has been completed. The city administration reported that the facility has been fully updated and is now open to motorists.
According to local authorities, the dimensions of the bridge have changed significantly during the reconstruction: its width has increased from 9 to 34.3 meters, with an overall length of 25 meters.
In addition, specialists added more lanes for traffic and equipped pedestrian sidewalks.
