The ceremony was led by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's administration, who officially announced the start of the project’s implementation.
A plot of land measuring 2 hectares has been allocated for the construction of the complex, while the total area of the building will be 6,681 square meters.
According to the organizers, the new cultural center "Manas" will be a modern space aimed at the development of national culture, the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, as well as hosting events of various scales.
The completion of the construction work is planned for the second quarter of 2027.
The complex will operate on the principles of self-sustainability, allowing it to cover its expenses through its own income.
