In Kara-Jyghach, located in the Alamudun district of Chui region, a capsule was laid for a new multifunctional center that will carry out the registration of vehicles and drivers.

The ceremony was opened by the head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanibek Tumanbaev.

A modern approach to service

According to the organizers, the new center will combine the main areas of its activities:

— central office;

— citizen reception areas;

— departments for conducting theoretical exams;

— modern driving ranges for practical exams of all categories;

— vehicle and driver registration services;

— new-style educational institutions for driver training.

The center will operate on the principle of a "single window," which will allow for a transition to digital formats for servicing citizens.

Infrastructure and convenience for visitors

The complex will include:

— multi-level parking;

— cafeteria and café;

— notary services;

— commercial services for the population.

Thus, the plan is to create not just an administrative building, but a modern, open, and high-tech center focused on visitor comfort and employee efficiency.

This project is being implemented as part of a state program aimed at modernizing the vehicle and driver's license registration system, as well as introducing digital solutions in the field of public service.
