The expiration date of the documents has also been announced
According to information from the State Agency for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deadline for the free exchange of indefinite driver's licenses expires on March 31.
The agency clarified that from this moment the procedure for exchanging licenses will become paid and will amount to 1389 soms.
It is important to note that the possibility of exchanging documents without a form 083 certificate will remain until December 31; however, starting from January 1, 2027, indefinite driver's licenses in Kyrgyzstan will lose their legal force.
According to the agency, more than 335 thousand citizens have already updated their licenses across the country.
