
Investments, the mining industry, and parliamentary relations became the main topics of the negotiations
During the meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev, and the British Ambassador to the country, Nicholas Bowler, the results of the Kyrgyz minister's visit to London in February and the ways to implement the agreements reached were discussed.
During the conversation, Kulubaev emphasized that the trip to the UK created a solid foundation for further cooperation and stressed the importance of moving from discussions to concrete actions.
The parties also discussed issues of trade and economic interaction and investment activities, including opportunities for attracting British technologies and investments in the mining sector. They expressed their intention to continue exchanging visits at various levels, including government delegations and business missions.
In addition, the development of parliamentary relations between the two states was discussed, including the exchange of visits between parliamentarians. At the end of the meeting, both sides confirmed their readiness to maintain constant contacts to implement the agreements reached and address current issues.
