During the investigation, it was found that between 2007 and 2008, this building was transferred to private ownership by the former village council named after Nadezhda Krupskaya in violation of current legislation.

The property is located on a land plot of 226 square meters. To address the identified violations, the prosecutor's office prepared a response act.
As a result of its analysis, the building and the land plot, valued at 5 million 802 thousand 307 soms, were returned to state ownership and transferred to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
