Inspection checks were conducted on plots No. 172, 232, and 154, located in the residential areas of "Kok-Zhar," "Anar-Bak," and "Osen-Ordo." Construction was discovered on plot No. 232, which was being carried out without the necessary architectural projects and legal documents.
The administration emphasized that the landowners had previously received official warnings. Despite this, some of them continued construction and development of the plots.
In connection with the recorded violations, the materials were transferred to law enforcement agencies and territorial administrations for appropriate measures to be taken in accordance with the law.
During repeated inspections, landowners were again handed notifications regarding the inadmissibility of violating regulations. Control over this situation will be intensified.
The city administration reminded that such activities are carried out in accordance with the presidential decree aimed at preventing land grabs, as well as with the decisions of the cabinet of ministers and municipal authorities. Violators may face sanctions under current legislation.
