Kyrgyzstan and Korea agreed to develop legal cooperation


A meeting was held at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, where the Prosecutor General, Maksat Asanaliev, met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kyrgyzstan, Kim Kwang-dae. This information was provided by the press service of the prosecutor's office.

During the discussion, the parties addressed a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation. Special attention was paid to collaboration in the fight against corruption and transnational crime, the protection of citizens' rights, and the exchange of experience in the field of digitalization of criminal proceedings.

Asanaliev emphasized that the protection of entrepreneurs' rights and the creation of a favorable investment climate are of paramount importance. He noted that a stable legal framework is a key aspect for the development of economic relations between the two countries.

Following the meeting, both sides expressed hope for further strengthening of constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation.
