The tournament was held on January 10, and Bilol competed in the 65 kg category, where there were 13 wrestlers among the participants.
Starting his competition from the quarterfinals, Sharip uulu achieved two consecutive victories over Turkish athletes, which allowed him to advance to the final part of the tournament.
In the final, he was set to face another Kyrgyzstani – Öskönbay Abdyasamatov.
In the decisive match, Bilol confidently won, finishing the bout with a score of 11:1, thus becoming the holder of the gold medal, while Abdyasamatov took home the silver.
