Sixteen teams are participating in the tournament, divided into four groups. The two best teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals after the group stage.
The Kyrgyz national team, known as "Ak Shumkary," is competing in Group A, where its opponents are the host team — Indonesia, as well as Iraq and South Korea. The Kyrgyz team will play its first match today against Iraq.

It is worth noting that the teams qualified for the tournament based on the results of the qualifying stage, which took place from September 20 to 24, 2025, in various countries across Asia.
The Futsal Asian Cup is organized under the auspices of the AFC, and matches in Jakarta will continue until February 7.
