The 1500 meters race began on February 6, with two representatives from the Kyrgyzstan team at the start.
In the preliminary heats, Nursultan showed an impressive result, finishing in 3 minutes and 50 seconds, which allowed him to confidently advance to the final. Another Kyrgyzstani, Jusup Sulayman uulu, was also able to participate in the decisive race.
The final 1500 meters race took place on February 8, where Keneshbekov finished with a time of 3 minutes and 44.75 seconds, securing him a silver medal. Sulayman uulu ultimately took 8th place, showing a time of 3 minutes and 54.02 seconds.
Additionally, on February 7, Keneshbekov also took 2nd place in the 3000 meters distance, once again winning silver.
