As part of its bid, the KFU presented a detailed concept that includes stadiums meeting international standards, training grounds, hotels, and transportation infrastructure. All materials were prepared in accordance with AFC requirements.

Kyrgyzstan is competing for the right to host the tournament alongside Jordan, Japan, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.

An AFC inspection team is scheduled to visit Kyrgyzstan from March 2 to 6 to assess the readiness of the infrastructure. The results of this inspection and the evaluation of all submitted materials will help determine which country will host the tournament.

The Kyrgyz Football Union emphasizes that the opportunity to host the U-23 Asian Cup is seen as a strategically important step for the development of football in the country and for creating modern conditions for training young players.
