Kopytin made his debut for the national team last summer and managed to play in a friendly tournament held in Bishkek. In one of the matches against Bahrain, he scored a goal and hoped to help the team in the qualifiers for the Asian Cup.
Unfortunately, the player could not be registered to participate in the tournament, and without him, the national team suffered defeats in their first two matches, was left without a coach, and failed to qualify for the Asian Cup.
According to the press service of "Ilbirs," Keylob Kopytin is now a citizen of Kyrgyzstan.
